The Committee are delighted with how the overall celebration of Irish culture was delivered and we have received very positive comment in regard to the management of this year's event.

Last but most certainly not least to Elaine, or Saint Elaine as she is locally known, we are forever indebted to her for her patience, persistence and overall competency in planning and breathing life into the ideas the local committee had about making Fleadh 2018 great. It was a pleasure to work with Elaine and without her Fleadh 2018 would not have been the success it was.

Having attended events planned and managed by Safe Events, they were the obvious choice for us for Fever Pitch.
We wanted an experienced industry partner to help deliver the Festival and we felt from the first meeting that the Team in Safe Events would be just that. They guided us through the whole process. It wasn't always straightforward, for a variety of reasons, but the end result was superb.

For the Jesuit community in Ireland, the Beatification Ceremony Event of the Venerable John Sullivan SJ marked a significant milestone. With over 2,000 people in attendance, a safe and enjoyable event for all was our objective.
I was very happy with the work of Safe Events, who ensured the safe ingress and egress of all pilgrims to the church, an outdoor walled garden space with temporary structures and the O’Reilly Theatre at Belvedere college.
The team at Safe Events wrote a detailed, and more importantly, specific, Event Management Plan along with pre-event and onsite coordination with An Garda Siochana and our security partners.

The Safe Events Team worked with us on Love Sensation gig and, as usual, they got the job done.
Everything from queueing to cloak room, from crowd flow to medical cover, they were on top of, like they always are.

Following successful tender processes Louth County Council engaged Event Management, Event Production and Event Safety services from Cuckoo Events for the Irish Maritime Festival at Drogheda Port since 2015.
As the Festival Manager for Louth County Council I can confirm that the service provided by Cuckoo Events for the Maritime Festival was excellent delivered in a very professional manner and with great teamwork from the Cuckoo Events crew prior to the Event an onsite during the Festival.
Cuckoo Events coordinated and worked with all the stakeholders to ensure that the event ran smoothly resulting in a very successful event for the Council.
I am very conscious of ensuring every aspect of the event is as well planned for and managed as possible and I want to use competent and trustworthy contractors and suppliers that I can count on.
I personally received great feedback from the statutory bodies afterwards regarding the Safe Events / Cuckoo Events team and their professionalism.

Safe Events provide a number of our Senior Safety personnel for the parades in Swords and Blanchardstown each year. With over 20,000 spectators to keep safe at each event, plus all the participants, it's vital for us that we have experienced and reliable eyes on the ground to ensure all runs right.
The Safe Events Team integrates seamlessly with us at this stage and it's that level of familiarity and shared understanding that helps us host large events safely in the Fingal area.
It's hard to imagine doing these events without having Safe Events there with us.
We engaged Safe Events as soon as we knew Bremore Castle was to be the venue for this Kodaline event. It's a castle being restored and is not a venue in the traditional sense.
Safe Events worked with us to very quickly establish if it would work and how it would work. They assessed and addressed the hazards and risks and proceeded to develop an EMP that would see the event go ahead within the timeframe available.
They worked with us on the night to implement the EMP and the event was amazing. I can't imagine it being as special in a 'traditional' venue. Bremore Castle was the perfect venue for it.
I had the pleasure of working with Cuckoo Events / Safe Events for a food festival in Temple Bar.
Boy, was I glad I had them by my side, from start to finish, they minimised my stress while ensuring that we had a safe, fun event.
I will definitely use their services again and have recommended them to others.
Cricket Ireland brought Safe Events on board to look after the licensing and Event Management Planning for the One Day International Cricket match between Ireland and England in Malahide. They worked closely with ourselves in Fingal County Council and all stakeholders to ensure the event was safe and successful.
Mags, in particular, was invaluable during the entire process, ensuring all elements of the build and break were conducted safely. Having such an experienced Safety Officer oversee the whole thing takes the pressure off.
As usual, Safe Events delivered for us.
Cuckoo / Safe Events achieved a difficult balance, ensuring that the health & safety of all attendees was a priority, while providing a fun-filled, informative day out for the students with lots of engaging activities.
The event was a great success, in no small part thanks to the Cuckoo / Safe Events Team and particularly Elaine. The continuous communication in the run up to the event was invaluable and they were always on hand to help with any last minute queries or requests.
We've announced the 3rd in our Talking Shop series of events. It will look at first aid / medical cover for events. This is always a hot topic of debate in the industry. Hopefully this event will be of use to us all.READ MORE
