We develop & deliver bespoke Events & Event Safety training, while our Event Team undergoes a Core Skills training programme too. We also bring international training to Ireland, delivered by ourselves and colleagues from around the world.
Safe Events' training is an essential part of the MA Festive Arts student experience.
Mark brings extensive industry knowledge to the classroom, and shares his experience through case studies and interactive teaching.
As well as working at the cutting edge of Crowd & Event Safety in Ireland, he is also highly trained and skilled in issues of crowd management for festivals and events.
Each year, student feedback reflects the importance of Mark's lectures to the programme. It's essential that students feel confident in this aspect of their work and skillset, so we are very glad to have Mark and Safe Events on board the guest-lecturing team at the Irish World Academy of Music and Dance, University of Limerick.
As part of the continuous training programme at Conference Partners International and Event Partners Ireland, we contracted Safe Events to conduct a full-day training session on 'Crowd Safety & Risk Analysis' in our offices in March 2017.
The training was very comprehensive and educating while maintaining interesting content and throwing in a dash of fun! This applies especially to the interactive elements throughout the day, which were a great way to visualise rules, scenarios etc. that were discussed during the presentation.
Mags Connelly, our trainer, was highly motivating, took her time to answer all our individual questions and kept the training on topic in a timely manner.
We would like to thank Mags and Mark for the productive day and highly recommend Safe Events to anyone who is looking for such support in making their events safer.
Safe Events provided event safety training to our staff in Electric Ireland. The course was tailored and adapted to meet the specific needs of those who work in the event management area of the business.
The course covered a lot of information, delivered in concise modules that were easy to absorb. The structure was clear, logical and effective.
It was evident that Mark had put a lot of thought and expertise into developing the course based on his own experience of the industry which also made it easy for the people to relate to.
Electric Ireland find the best courses are those which are interactive, engaging and which get people to think and collaborate together. This was definitely one such course.
Safe Events bring a vast amount of knowledge, professionalism and expertise to what they do and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
We engaged Safe Events to provide an Introduction to Event Management training course for our Event volunteer Team Leaders.
Mags provided us with excellent training, which engaged all of our Team Leaders.
The feedback from the trainees saw the training rated 'excellent' by 97% of those in attendance.
We'd have no hesitation in returning to them for future training for our Event Volunteers.
